Who we are
Oinos Guard is operated by Jaedon Bretzlaff (sole proprietor), Kelowna, BC, Canada. We provide automated SMS payment recovery services for Commerce7 wine clubs.
What we collect
When you book a discovery call through this site, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and phone number on our behalf. If you become a service client, we collect wine club member data (name, mobile number, membership status, payment status) provided by your winery solely to operate the SMS recovery service.
How we use it
Booking data is used only to follow up on your inquiry. Member data provided by wineries is used only to send transactional SMS messages related to failed payments or incomplete signups. We do not use any data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
No mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information is shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data storage
Data is stored in an encrypted database hosted in Canada. We operate in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Member data is deleted within 30 days of service termination upon request.
SMS opt-out
Every SMS message sent through Oinos Guard includes a STOP opt-out instruction. Recipients who reply STOP are removed immediately and permanently from all future outreach.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting contact@oinosguard.com.
Service
Oinos Guard provides automated SMS outreach to wineries for the purpose of recovering failed wine club payments and re-engaging incomplete signups. The service integrates with Commerce7 via secure app credentials and webhooks provided by the winery.
Winery responsibilities
Wineries are responsible for ensuring their Commerce7 member records contain accurate mobile numbers and that required SMS opt-in checkboxes are in place before any flow requiring express consent is activated. Wineries may revoke Commerce7 credentials and terminate the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
Oinos Guard is not liable for undelivered messages resulting from carrier-side failures, inaccurate member data supplied by the winery, or changes to the Commerce7 platform outside our control. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Adapting to Commerce7 API changes is our responsibility.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service arrangement at any time. Upon termination, all winery member data held by Oinos Guard will be deleted within 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
